The Bible says kill the Adulter

Leviticus 20:10
And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death

what do you think of this verse, do you think it's been altered?

How can an Atheist deny this

When the athiest denies everything the we use this denial of everything as starting point. He claims he is free to do as he wants and nothing can stop him.

Ask him not breathe again – he cannot do that

Ask him not to eat again – he cannot do that

Ask him not to go to toilet again – he cannot do that

Ask him not to sleep ever – he cannot do that

Ask him not to blink again – he cannot do that

Ask him not to exist in time – he cannot do that

Ask him not to take up space – he cannot do that

Ask him not to die when his time comes – he cannot do this either

So what does this all prove? This proves even though he denys God he is still under his control because God made man this way and it is unescape to do anything but what you are made to do. If someone refuses this, then it is like a man who travels by train and does not care about the fact that someone made, designed and worked on the train before he could ever use it. The atheist denies that there is any designer or any worker. He gets on the train uses it everyday and rejects any notion of a designer.

One day the designer comes and asks him why he has been denying him and the atheist refuses again. Don’t you think that the designer is going to be angry? Don’t you think that the ungratefulness of the passenger will be punished, the designer may throw the person of the train or worse!

Then compare this to the one who respects the designer and acknowledges the design work of the train then when he sees the designer he is grateful. Don’t you think that the designer will be happy with this passenger? He will get put into first class, at least!

So who do want to be? The denier or the accepter? How long can someone refuse God for? Then someone must need a religion now, what religion to follow? The only text which is unchanged is the Quran and therefore the only religion left is Islam.

Maths in the Quran

"Does the author of the Quran know Maths?"

Question:

According to Arun Shourie there is a mathematical error in the Quran. In chapter 4 verses 11 and 12 when you add up the different parts of inheritance given to the heirs, it is more than one. Therefore the author of the Quran does not know mathematics.

Answer:

The Quran mentions about inheritance in many places, in:
Surah Al Baqarah-Chapter 2 verse 180
Surah Al Baqarah-Chapter 2 verse 240
Surah Al Nisa-Chapter 4 verses 7 to 9
Surah Al Nisa-Chapter 4 verses19 and 33
Surah Al Maidah-Chapter 5 verses 105 and 108

Regarding the share of inheritance it is clearly given in Surah Nisa-chapter 4 verse 11, 12 and 176.

Let us examine the verses quoted by Arun Shourie, i.e. Surah Nisa chapter 4 verses 11 and 12:

Allah (swt) (thus) directs you as regards your childrens (inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half.

For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases is) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

In what your wives leave, your share is a half, if they leave no child; but if they leave child, ye get a fourth; after payment of legacies and debts. In what ye leave, their share is a fourth, if ye leave no child; but if ye leave a child, they get an eighth; after payment of legacies and debts. [Al-Quran 4:11-12]

Islam explains the law of inheritance in great detail. The broad and basic outline is given in the Quran and the minute details are given in the Ahadith i.e. the tradition and sayings of the Prophet (Pbuh).

A person can spend his full life only on the research of the Islamic law of inheritance with its various permutations and combinations. Arun Shourie expects to know the law only by superficially reading two verses of the Quran without knowing the criteria.

It is similar to a person who wants to solve a mathematical equation but does not know the basic rule of mathematics, i.e. BODMAS which says that in a mathematical equation, irrespective of which mathematical sign appears first, you will first solve BODMAS: 1st Brackets Off, 2nd Division, 3rd Multiplication, 4th Addition and 5th Subtraction. If Arun Shourie does not know mathematics and first does multiplication then subtraction, then brackets off, then division and finally addition, the answer that he will obtain is bound to be wrong.

Similarly, when the Quran mentions the law of inheritance in Surah Nisa chapter 4 verses 11 and 12, even though the childrens share is mentioned first and then that of the parents and spouses, according to the law of inheritance in Islam after paying off the debts and liabilities first, the share is given to the spouses and the parents depending on whether the deceased has left children or not, and whatever portion of wealth is remaining is divided between the sons and the daughters according to their respective shares.

So where does the question arise of the total coming to more than one? So it is not Allah who does not know mathematics but it is Arun Shourie himself who is ignorant about mathematics.

Quranic passages on obeying the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)

http://sheikhynotes.blogspot.com/2008/07/quranic-passages-on-obedience-to-allah.html
From the above website

Sheikh Muhammad ibn Yusuf Al-Kandhelwi from his text 'The Life of the companions'

The Opening 1-7

"In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate; Praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all

Beings; the All-merciful, the All-compassionate; the Master of the Day of Doom. Thee only we serve;

Thee alone we pray for succour. Guide us in the straight path; the path of those whom Thou hast

blessed, not of those against whom Thou art wrathful, nor of those who are astray."

The Family of 'Imrân 3:51

"Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path."

The Cattle 6:161-3

"Say: As for me, my Lord hath guided me unto a straight path, a right religion, the community of

Abraham, the upright, who was no idolater."

"Say: my worship and my sacrifice and my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

He hath no partner. This am I commanded, and I am first of those who surrender (unto Him)."

The Heights 7:158

"Say: 'O mankind, I am the Messenger of Allah to you all, of Him to whom belongs the kingdom of

the heavens and of the earth. There is no god but He. He gives life, and causes death. Believe then in

Allah, and in His Messenger, the Prophet of the common folk, who believes in God and His words,

and follow him; haply so you will be guided."

The Women 4:59

"O believers! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. If

you differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if ye do believe in God

and the Last Day: That is best, and most suitable for final determination."

64

"We did not send any Messenger but to be obeyed by the leave of Allah. Had they, after having

wronged themselves, come to you and sought forgiveness from Allah, and had the Messenger prayed

for their forgiveness, they would certainly have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful."

Spoils of war 8:20

"O believers, obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not turn away from Him, even as you are listening."

46

"And obey Allah, and His Messenger, and do not quarrel together, and so lose heart, and your power depart; and be patient; surely Allah is with the patient."

The Family of Imran 3:132

"And obey Allah and the Messenger, that ye may find mercy."

The Light 24:51 - 56

"All that the believers say, when they are called to Allah and His Messenger, that he may judge between them, is that they say, 'We hear, and we obey'; those are the prosperous. Whosever obeys Allah and His Messenger, and fears Allah and has awe of Him, they are the triumphant. They swear by Allah solemnly that, if thou order them, they will go forth. Say: Swear not; known obedience (is better). Allah is Informed of what ye do. Say: 'Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger; then, if you turn away, only upon him rests what is laid on him, and upon you rests what is laid on you. If you obey him, you will be guided. It is only for the Messenger to deliver the manifest Message.' Allah hath promised such of you as believe and do good work that He will surely make them to succeed (the present rulers) in the earth even as He caused those who were before them to succeed (others); and that He will surely establish for them their religion which He hath approved for them, and will give them in exchange safety after their fear. They serve Me. They ascribe no thing as partner unto Me. Those who disbelieve henceforth, they are the miscreants. Perform the prayer, and pay the alms, and obey the Messenger, haply so you will find mercy."

The Clan 33:70-71

"O believers, Guard your duty to Allah, and speak words straight to the point; and He will set right your deeds for you and will forgive you your sins. Whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has won a mighty triumph."

Spoils of war 8:1-4

"They will question thee concerning the spoils. Say: 'The spoils belong to Allah and the Messenger; so fear you Allah, and set things right between you, and obey you Allah and His Messenger, if you are believers. Those only are believers who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts quake, and when His signs are recited to them, it increases them in faith, and in their Lord they put their trust. Those who perform the prayer, and expend of what We have provided them. Those in truth are the believers; they have degrees with their Lord, and forgiveness, and generous provision."

24

"O believers, respond to Allah and the Messenger when He calls you to what gives you life, and be sure that Allah intervenes between man and his heart, and that to Him you shall be gathered."

The Family of Imran 3:32

"Say: 'Obey Allah, and the Messenger.' But if they turn their backs, Allah loves not the unbelievers."

The Women 4: 13-14

"Those are Allahs' bounds. Whosever obeys Allah and His Messenger, He will admit him to gardens underneath which rivers flow, therein dwelling forever; that is the mighty triumph. But whosever disobeys Allah, and His Messenger, and transgresses His bounds, him He will admit to a Fire, therein dwelling forever, and for him there awaits a humbling chastisement."

69-70

"Whosoever obeys Allah, and the Messenger they are with those whom Allah has blessed, Prophets, just men, martyrs, the righteous; good companions they! That is the bounty from Allah; Allah suffices as One who knows."

80

"Whosoever obeys the Messenger, thereby obeys Allah; and whosoever turns his back - We have not sent thee to be a watcher over them."

Repentance 9:71

"And the believers, men and women, are protecting friends one of another; they enjoin the right and forbid the wrong, and they establish worship and they pay the poor-due, and they obey Allah and His Messenger. As for these, Allah will have mercy on them. Allah is Mighty, Wise."

The Family of Imran 3:31

"Say, (O Muhammad, to mankind): If ye love Allah, follow me; Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful."

The Clans 33:21

"You have had an excellent example in Allah's Messenger for whosoever hopes for God and the Last Day, and remembers God often."

The Gathering 59:7

"Whatever spoils Allah has passed on to His Messenger from the people of the towns is for Allah and for the Messenger, and for the kinsmen and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, so that it may not circulate only between the rich among you. And whatever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you from, abstain (from it). And fear Allah; Allah is stern in reprisal."

Moon refutation

As for Allah being a pagan name for a moon diety this can be easily refuted.

Heres seven reasons which refute them.

Christan missionaries claim there was a deity in the shape of a moon, but if you look the symbol is not a moon, its a cresent. Thats number one

2. The Cresent is not accepted by all the muslims some do not put it onto there mosques.

3. The pagan deity hubal was in the shape of man, so if they were worshipping a man. why was the first action of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) when entering mecca to destroy ever idol present there.

4. The cresent was taken up as a symbol of Islam by the Ottomans when the conquered constantinople. As there is was the sign of Mary mother of Jesus, it symbolised purity.

5. The name Allah is the same semetic root as the word ilohim in hebrew and "im" here is a plural of respect leaving Iloh which is the same word as what Jesus used whilst on the cross. "Mark 16.34 Jesus cried in a loud voice, "E-loI, E-loI La ma sa-bach'tha-ni" Which is, "My God, My God why have you forsaken me!"

Eloi means my God from the same word.

6. The Jews had the name Abdullah which means slave of Allah or slave of God.

7. To add to this point the pre-islamic Arabs would write agreements with, "Bisik Allahumma," which means in your name Allah.

8. This name predates all religions and it goes back to the Prophet Adam (upon him peace) pre-dating Islam! The word Allah is known and was known as the ultimate name of God.

This is enough for those who see with their hearts, as well as their eyes.

What non-Muslims say about Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him), Part 2

Napolean Bonaparte as Quoted in Christian Cherfils, 'Bonaparte et Islam,' Pedone Ed., Paris, France, 1914, pp. 105, 125.
Original References: "Correspondance de Napoléon Ier Tome V pièce n° 4287 du 17/07/1799..."
"Moses has revealed the existence of God to his nation. Jesus Christ to the Roman world, Muhammad to the old continent...
"Arabia was idolatrous when, six centuries after Jesus, Muhammad introduced the worship of the God of Abraham, of Ishmael, of Moses, and Jesus. The Ariyans and some other sects had disturbed the tranquility of the east by agitating the question of the nature of the Father, the son, and the Holy Ghost. Muhammad declared that there was none but one God who had no father, no son and that the trinity imported the idea of idolatry...

"I hope the time is not far off when I shall be able to unite all the wise and educated men of all the countries and establish a uniform regime based on the principles of Qur'an which alone are true and which alone can lead men to happiness."

Sir George Bernard Shaw in 'The Genuine Islam,' Vol. 1, No. 8, 1936.
"If any religion had the chance of ruling over England, nay Europe within the next hundred years, it could be Islam."
"I have always held the religion of Muhammad in high estimation because of its wonderful vitality. It is the only religion which appears to me to possess that assimilating capacity to the changing phase of existence which can make itself appeal to every age. I have studied him - the wonderful man and in my opinion far from being an anti-Christ, he must be called the Savior of Humanity."

"I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world he would succeed in solving its problems in a way that would bring it the much needed peace and happiness: I have prophesied about the faith of Muhammad that it would be acceptable to the Europe of tomorrow as it is beginning to be acceptable to the Europe of today."

Sir John Bagot Glubb
"Khalif (Caliph) Al-Ma'mun's period of rule (813 - 833 C.E.) may be considered the 'golden age' of science and learning. He had always been devoted to books and to learned pursuits. His brilliant mind was interested in every form of intellectual activity. Not only poetry but also philosophy, theology, astronomy, medicine and law all occupied his time."
"By Mamun's time medical schools were extremely active in Baghdad. The first free public hospital was opened in Baghdad during the Caliphate of Haroon-ar-Rashid. As the system developed, physicians and surgeons were appointed who gave lectures to medical students and issued diplomas to those who were considered qualified to practice. The first hospital in Egypt was opened in 872 AD and thereafter public hospitals sprang up all over the empire from Spain and the Maghrib to Persia."
On the Holocaust of Baghdad (1258 C.E.) Perpetrated by Hulagu:
"The city was systematically looted, destroyed and burnt. Eight hundred thousand persons are said to have been killed. The Khalif Mustasim was sewn up in a sack and trampled to death under the feet of Mongol horses.
"For five hundred years, Baghdad had been a city of palaces, mosques, libraries and colleges. Its universities and hospitals were the most up-to-date in the world. Nothing now remained but heaps of rubble and a stench of decaying human flesh."

H.G. Wells
"The Islamic teachings have left great traditions for equitable and gentle dealings and behavior, and inspire people with nobility and tolerance. These are human teachings of the highest order and at the same time practicable. These teachings brought into existence a society in which hard-heartedness and collective oppression and injustice were the least as compared with all other societies preceding it....Islam is replete with gentleness, courtesy, and fraternity."

Bertrand Russel in 'History of Western Philosophy,' London, 1948, p. 419.
"Our use of phrase 'The Dark ages' to cover the period from 699 to 1,000 marks our undue concentration on Western Europe...
"From India to Spain, the brilliant civilization of Islam flourished. What was lost to christendom at this time was not lost to civilization, but quite the contrary...
"To us it seems that West-European civilization is civilization, but this is a narrow view."

Trinity egg refutation

Now when someone explains Trinity
by exampling out Egg structure;
this might be comprehendible to a Polytheistic Believer but
a Monotheist (Jew or Muslim)
would definitely ask you this…

Egg is an egg as long it’s together.
The moment it’s “shell,” “white,” and “yolk” are separated---
it’s no longer an egg!

Either it is egg-shell, egg-yolk or egg-white,
but no longer an Egg anymore,
or a complete egg!

Moreover, all the 3 components are having one physical form,
that is,
all the egg-components are made up of “substance”---------

Whereas as per your theology
‘God-head’,
‘The Spirit’ and
‘Jesus’
are in different physical forms!

This can be easily destroyed because if they believe this then this means that god is created. In the Islamic tradition God is uncreated so if Christans believe this then God created himself in three parts, then he could not be God because God cannot create himself. God is uncreated.

So this is easily is destroyed. Know that all Christans have is argumentation and that's it there is nothing solid. Even if you tell them this they will refuse and try to worm their way out of this.

Hijab and friends

The one thing I learnt that from when I was young is that if your friends don't call you to increase your worship then they are your enemies. Really, Some Muslims do not understand the hijab.

True friends would accept you as you are and not want to change you. This means they are worse than satan because if you say Adhubillah min Shaytan nirajim he does away but bad friends don't!

To reject the hijab is an act of disbelief. If they were your real friends they would be happy that you practise Islam and encourage you.

I think they feel guilty and want you to be like them, so they don't feel guilty, unless they are non Muslims then you should leave them.

A woman who wears an hijab is free from sin unlike a woman who does not wear an hijab who shares the sin of the man who looks at her.

The act of hijab is one of the most amazing acts of worship that a woman can do and it is contious worship.

John the baptist was asked about THE Prophet

John 1:19

"This was John's testimony when the Jews sent priests and Levites to him from Jerusalem to ask him, "Who are you?"

John 1:20

"He spoke openly and, remaining true to himself, admitted, "I am not the Messiah."

John 1:21

"So they asked him, "Well then, are you Elijah?" John said, "I am not." "Are you the Prophet?" He answered, "No."

The explaination of this verse is these which we say are Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)!

The peoples testement says, "1:20,21 He confessed, etc. Some conjectured that John was the expected Christ; others that he was Elijah who was first to come (Mal 4:5); others that he was that prophet, the one predicted by Moses (De 18:15); but he declared that he was none of these."

Deuteronmy 18:15

"Your LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your countrymen, you shall listen to him."

Deuteronomy 18:18

'I will raise up a prophet from among their countrymen like you, and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him.

John 1:22

"Then they said to him, "Who are you? We must give an answer to those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?"

John 1:25

"They asked him, and said to him, "Why then are you baptizing, if you are not the Christ, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?"

This indicates that there was another Prophet to come and was Muhammad known as THE Prophet.

The Examplar

One there rules of the pagan Quresh wanted the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) they offered him their money, the best women of their families and a castle.

He said, "If you were to put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left, I still would never leave this command."

What does this event teach us?

1. What a respected man he was, because no one would offer their daughters to anyone who was of disrespectful.

2. That they actually trusted him with their daughters because no father would marry anyone who abuse their daughters, would they?

3. If he desired women then why did he refuse them here? If he desired women then they were prepared to give him their most beautiful women, yet he refused.

4. He did not desire wealth nor riches.

5. Then he confirmed this by saying even if you do something impossible even then I would not leave this matter.

All these negate what you have said.

As for the Quranic and your additions, probably wrongly translated by a missionary, I can explain each one but I know I am wasting my time because you have already made your mind up.

Even then you could not refute me when I used the bible against you. The more you debate the worse it gets for you.

Trinity refutation

So you must believe in the trinity to ask someone to pray for them to understand this.

Aruis

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arius

"That God was not always the Father, but that there was a period when he was not the Father; that the Word of God was not from eternity, but was made out of nothing; for that the ever-existing God (‘the I AM’—the eternal One) made him who did not previously exist, out of nothing; wherefore there was a time when he did not exist, inasmuch as the Son is a creature and a work. That he is neither like the Father as it regards his essence, nor is by nature either the Father’s true Word, or true Wisdom, but indeed one of his works and creatures, being erroneously called Word and Wisdom, since he was himself made of God’s own Word and the Wisdom which is in God, whereby God both made all things and him also. Wherefore he is as to his nature mutable and susceptible of change, as all other rational creatures are: hence the Word is alien to and other than the essence of God; and the Father is inexplicable by the Son, and invisible to him, for neither does the Word perfectly and accurately know the Father, neither can he distinctly see him. The Son knows not the nature of his own essence: for he was made on our account, in order that God might create us by him, as by an instrument; nor would he ever have existed, unless God had wished to create us."

From Mark of the beast by Tim Wallace murphy and Ravenscroft page 79. "Paul joined the ebionite community in Jerusalam to learn the true way of Jesus"

Then "It is clear that there was a fundemental difference between the way as interpreted by James and the Edionties on one hand, and that preached by paul on the other." Tim wallace murphy - What Islam did for us page 59

The trinity breaks the first two commandments which are:

1. I am the Lord your God

2. You shall have no other gods before me

So believe in the trinity negates these beliefs. That God is one and there are no other gods. This is simplified in the Islamic belief, "There is no deity except God."

The trinity which is the belief against this and contridicts this completely.

I have proven this from the bible. Do you reject your own book?

Also aruis rejected and refused the pagan interpretations of paul.
The Trinity is not a teaching of Jesus or of the early Christians. As noted previously, it is “a teaching of the church.” In its 1999 issue on the Trinity, The Living Pulpit observed: “Sometimes, it seems that everyone assumes that the doctrine of the trinity is standard Christian theological fare,” but it added that it is not “a biblical idea.”

The New Catholic Encyclopedia (1967) discusses the Trinity at length and admits: “The Trinitarian dogma is in the last analysis a late 4th-century invention. . . . The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century.”

The Bible tells of many gods and goddesses that people worshiped, including Ashtoreth, Milcom, Chemosh, and Molech. (1 Kings 11:1, 2, 5, 7) Even many people in the ancient nation of Israel once believed that Baal was the true God. So Jehovah’s prophet Elijah presented the challenge: “If Jehovah is the true God, go following him; but if Baal is, go following him.”—1 Kings 18:21.

The worship of pagan gods grouped in threes, or triads, was also common before Jesus was born. “From Egypt came the ideas of a divine trinity,” observed historian Will Durant. In the Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics, James Hastings wrote: “In Indian religion, e.g., we meet with the trinitarian group of Brahmā, Siva, and Viṣṇu; and in Egyptian religion with the trinitarian group of Osiris, Isis, and Horus.”

God: five arguments for

First cause - that unless something is caused it does not exist. Everything in our universe is caused. Something therefore must have been caused it. Whatever that cause was, that we may call God, even if we have no idea of who God is!

First movement - that unless something is moved by forces acting upon it, it does not move. Everything in the universe is in motion. Whatever it was that activated the whole lot, that we my call God.

Contingency - the reverse of the first cause argument. If a thing might not existed, it is called contingent. You are a contingent being because you might never have existed? Of course. It is therefore contingent. It must exist for a reason, a cause. Is it possible that the entire cosmos with all its universes might never existed? We suppose so - therefore the whole lot is contingent. Thus, there must have been something which caused it all to be, and that we call God.

Necessary being - this is also called Ontological argument because it involves a logical play on words. God must be 'necessary' because a scale of values exist. Some things are bad, some are better, and at the top there is that which is best. Can there be "two" bests"? No, not by defintion of what we mean by best. That which is at the top of our values we may call God. And He must exist because that which does not exist cannot be the best; if it doesn't exist it cannot be the best; if it doesn't exist it cannot be regarded as supremely anything. Therefore if there is a supreme of the scale of values, it, or He, must exist.

Design - this is also called the Teleological argument because it looks forward to an end, aim or goal. The universe in every aspect of its laws and their physical manifestations shows order and pattern - other words, design. They do not appear to have evolved, they have evolved to a pattern, and seem to be moving towards an ultimate goal, even if we do not know what that goal is.

The Prophet servant

Once the Prophet was sat on the mountain of Saffa, next to the angel Gibreal. He said to him, "I have not eaten for three days except for some dates and water." There was a large explosion was heard that occured in front of them. The Prophet asked, "What was that?" The Angel replied, "Allah has heard what you said to me and he has sent Isreafel onto you." Isreafel had descended faster that the speed of light. "Allah has ordered me to transform the mountains of Mecca into Gold and place it into your hands. Would you like that? So you live like a Prophet king not as a Prophet man." The Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) turned to Gibreal and Gibreal looks back. Gibreal indicated with his wing downward.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to the angel Isreafel, "I am a Prophet servant, a Prophet servant, a Prophet servant."

Reported by Imam Ahmed with a sound Hasan/chain.

Gibbon in 'The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire' 1823

"The good sense of Muhammad despised the pomp of royalty. The Apostle of God submitted to the menial offices of the family; he kindled the fire; swept the floor; milked the ewes; and mended with his own hands his shoes and garments. Disdaining the penance and merit of a hermit, he observed without effort of vanity the abstemious diet of an Arab."

How can a someone who was hungry for power, blood and these things that people slander him with refuse mountains of gold? Answer: you have not read what you need to open your eyes about this man.

Christans called Jews Prophet killers

Lets look at the bible first

Paul, makes a special point of blaming the Jews for the death of Jesus: "[the Jews] killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and persecuted us. How displeasing they are to God! How hostile they are to all men. They even tried to stop us from preaching to the Gentiles...This is the last full measure of the sins they have always committed. And now God's wrath has at last fallen upon them." (Thessalonians 1,2)

The hostility that the Christians felt toward the Jews can be seen readily from the writings of the early fathers of the Christian Church. (See: What Did They Think of the Jews? by Allan Gould, pp. 24-25.)

From John Chrysostom, the Patriarch of Constantinople, we get this:

"Jews are the most worthless of men- - they are lecherous, greedy, rapacious - they are perfidious murderers of Christians, they worship the devil, their religion is a sickness ... The Jews are the odious assassins of Christ and for killing god there is no expiation, no indulgence, no pardon. Christians may never cease vengeance. The Jews must live in servitude forever. It is incumbent on all Christians to hate the Jews."

From Gregory of Nyssa, we get more of the same:

"Slayers of the lord, murderers of the prophets, adversaries of god, haters of god, men who show contempt for the law, foes of grace, enemies of the father's faith, advocates of the devil, brood of vipers, slanderers, scoffers, men whose minds are in darkness, leaven of the Pharisees, assembly of demons, sinners, wicked men, stoners and haters of righteousness."

In some places, such calumny exploded in a wave of massive anti-Jewish violence and the murder of thousands of Jews in Europe and the Middle East during the first Crusade from 1096-1099. (Some 10,000 Jews of an estimated population of about 20,000-30,000 were murdered in 1096 as the first Crusade got under way.)

So its clear here that the Christans accuse the Jews of conspiring to kill Jesus (upon him peace). Why would you care about what muslims think then?

Son of god means prophet according to the bible

Son of God according to the bible means Prophet and here is the proof from your own book.

Genesis 6:2
"That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose."

Genesis 6:4
"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."

Romans 8:19
"For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God."

Job 2:1
"Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD"

Luke 20:36
"for they cannot even die anymore, because they are like angels, and are sons of God."

Mathew 5:9
"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God."

Philippians 2:15
"That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world."

All the contridicts this

1 John 4:9
"that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him."
So this is proof that son of god here means prophet, so for generations Christanity has been astray, heres the answer!

Debate

You can't prove anything here because if someone calls to God then there must be a link there. Like when a car salesman calls you to sell you a car. He must know more about the car to sell you it.

Therefore the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) knew God better because he was a prophet and his job was to call people to God. So this establishes a link.

I have got to say most of what you say is held together with wet paper.

I have to admit that I laughed out loud when you gave me "proofs" which are not really anything.

There is one narration that one his wifes was in a room at night and he came in (peace and blessings of God be upon him) and then the whole room was lit up from the glow of his face.

Another incident when a companion looked at his face then looked at the moon then compared them again. then he proclaimed that the face of the messenger of God was brighter than the moon.

In the passage you copied in this removes all false ideals of paganism. That God has left the world - he is the sustainer, that God is one, that he has no offspring, and there is nothing compariable to God.

So this whole passage is about God, how can someone say that this is someone who is not talking about God. When this is clearly about God.

The common things about Muhammad and Moses (peace and blessings on them).
1. They were sheppards
2. Both conveived naturally
3. Both died naturally
4. both recieved prophethood 40 years plus.

And here are the difference between Moses and Jesus (upon them both peace).

1. Jesus conception was a miracle
2. We believe he was taken to heaven and you belief he was crucifed - so unnatural death.
3. Received prophethood at birth.

So as you can see all your points have been disproved.

Give God his due

I was debating with a Christan who said to me that today she was going to fast because she felt like it was time for her to fast.

I pointed out that this is a fallacy because a muslim does not fast when he wants, he fasts when God wants. Putting aside anything he wants for what God wants. He puts God first, unlike the christan who do as they feel when they want.

LEV 11:14 And the vulture, and the kite after his kind;
LEV 11:15 Every raven after his kind;
LEV 11:16 And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,
LEV 11:17 And the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl,

13. Rabbits do not chew their cud
LEV 11:6 And the hare, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

"Gerah," the term which appears in the MT means (chewed) cud, and also perhaps grain, or berry (also a 20th of a sheckel, but I think that we can agree that that is irrelevant here). It does *not* mean dung, and there is a perfectly adequate Hebrew word for that, which could have been used. Furthermore, the phrase translated "chew the cud" in the KJV is more exactly "bring up the cud." Rabbits do not bring up anything; they let it go all the way through, then eat it again. The description given in Leviticus is inaccurate, and that's that. Rabbits do eat their own dung; they do not bring anything up and chew on it.

14. Insects do NOT have four feet
LEV 11:21 Yet these may ye eat of every flying creeping thing that goeth upon all four, which have legs above their feet, to leap withal upon the earth;
LEV 11:22 Even these of them ye may eat; the locust after his kind, and the bald locust after his kind, and the beetle after his kind, and the grasshopper after his kind.
LEV 11:23 But all other flying creeping things, which have four feet, shall be an abomination unto you.

15. Snails do not melt
PSA 58:8 As a snail which melteth, let every one of them pass away: like the untimely birth of a woman, that they may not see the sun.

16. Fowl from waters or ground?
GEN 1:20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
GEN 1:21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

GEN 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

17. Odd genetic engineering
GEN 30:39 And the flocks conceived before the rods, and brought forth cattle ringstraked, speckled, and spotted.

18. The shape of the earth
ISA 40:22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

MAT 4:8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

Astromical bodies are spherical, and you cannot see the entire exterior surface from anyplace. The kingdoms of Egypt, China, Greece, Crete, sections of Asia Minor, India, Maya (in Mexico), Carthage (North Africa), Rome (Italy), Korea, and other settlements from these kingdoms of the world were widely distributed.

19. Snakes, while built low, do not eat dirt
GEN 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

20. Earth supported?
JOB 26:7 He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

JOB 38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

Heaven supported too
JOB 26:11 The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.

21. The hydrological cycle
ECC 1:7 All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again.

JOB 38:22 Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail,

Storehouses are not part of the cycle

22. Order of creation
Here is the order in the first (Genesis 1), the Priestly tradition:

Day 1: Sky, Earth, light
Day 2: Water, both in ocean basins and above the sky(!)
Day 3: Plants
Day 4: Sun, Moon, stars (as calendrical and navigational aids)
Day 5: Sea monsters (whales), fish, birds, land animals, creepy-crawlies (reptiles, insects, etc.)
Day 6: Humans (apparently both sexes at the same time)
Day 7: Nothing (the Gods took the first day off anyone ever did)

Note that there are "days," "evenings," and "mornings" before the Sun was created. Here, the Deity is referred to as "Elohim," which is a plural, thus the literal translation, "the Gods." In this tale, the Gods seem satisfied with what they have done, saying after each step that "it was good."

The second one (Genesis 2), the Yahwist tradition, goes:

Earth and heavens (misty)
Adam, the first man (on a desolate Earth)
Plants
Animals
Eve, the first woman (from Adam's rib)

22. How orderly were things created?
#1: Step-by-step. The only discrepancy is that there is no Sun or Moon or stars on the first three "days."
#2: God fixes things up as he goes. The first man is lonely, and is not satisfied with animals. God finally creates a woman for him. (funny thing that an omniscient god would forget things)

23. How satisfied with creation was he?
#1: God says "it was good" after each of his labors, and rests on the seventh day, evidently very satisfied.
#2: God has to fix up his creation as he goes, and he would certainly not be very satisfied with the disobedience of that primordial couple. (funny thing that an omniscient god would forget things)

24. Moses' personality
Num.12:3: "Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the fact of the earth."

Num.31:14, 17, 18: "And Moses was wroth...And Moses said unto them, "Have ye saved all the women alive? ... Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman, ... But all the women children ... keep alive for yourselves."

25. Righteous live?
Ps.92:12: "The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree."

Isa.57:1: "The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart."

26. Acts 1:18: "Now this man (Judas) purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out."

Matt. 27:5-7: "And he (Judas) cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself. And the chief priests...bought with them the potter's field."

27. Jesus' first sermon plain or mount?

28. Jesus' last words
Matt.27:46,50: "And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, "Eli, eli, lama sabachthani?" that is to say, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" ...Jesus, when he cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost."

Luke23:46: "And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, "Father, unto thy hands I commend my spirit:" and having said thus, he gave up the ghost."

John19:30: "When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, "It is finished:" and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."

29. Years of famine
II SAMUEL 24:13: So God came to David, and told him, and said unto him, shall SEVEN YEARS OF FAMINE come unto thee in thy land? or will thou flee three months before thine enemies, while they pursue. thee?

I CHRONICLES 21:11: SO God came to David, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Choose thee. Either THREE YEARS OF FAMINE or three months to be destryed before thy foes, while that the sword of thine enemies overtaketh thee;

30. Moved David to anger?
II SAMUEL 24: And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Isreal and Judah.

I CHRONICLES 21: And SATAN stood up against Isreal, and provoked David to number Israel.

31. The GENEALOGY OF JESUS?
In two places in the New Testament the genealogy of Jesus son of Mary is mentioned. Matthew 1:6-16 and Luke 3:23-31. Each gives the ancestors of Joseph the CLAIMED husband of Mary and Step father of Jesus. The first one starts from Abraham(verse 2) all the way down to Jesus. The second one from Jesus all the way back to Adam. The only common name to these two lists between David and Jesus is JOSEPH, How can this be true? and also How can Jesus have a genealogy when all Muslims and most Christians believe that Jesus had/has no father.

32. God be seen?
Exod. 24:9,10; Amos 9:1; Gen. 26:2; and John 14:9
God CAN be seen:

"And the Lord spake to Moses face to face, as a man speaketh to his friend." (Ex. 33:11)
"For I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved." (Gen. 32:30)

God CANNOT be seen:
"No man hath seen God at any time." (John 1:18)
"And he said, Thou canst not see my face; for there shall no man see me and live." (Ex. 33:20)
"Whom no man hath seen nor can see." (1 Tim. 6:16)

33. CRUEL, UNMERCIFUL, DESTRUCTIVE, and FEROCIOUS or KIND, MERCIFUL, and GOOD:
"I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy." (Jer. 13:14) "Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not, but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling."

"The Lord is very pitiful and of tender mercy." (James 5:11)
"For his mercy endureth forever." (1 Chron. 16:34)
"The Lord is good to all, and his tender mercies are over all his works." (Ps. 145:9)
"God is love." (1 John 4

34. Tempts?
"And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham." (Gen 22:1)

"Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man." (James 1:13)

35. Judas died how?
"And he cast down the pieces of silver into the temple and departed, and went out and hanged himself." (Matt. 27:5)

"And falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all of his bowels gushed out." (Acts 1:18)

36. Ascend to heaven

"No man hath ascended up to heaven but he that came down from heaven, ... the Son of Man." (John 3:13)

37. What was Jesus' prediction regarding Peter's denial?
Before the cock crow - Matthew 26:34

Before the cock crow twice - Mark 14:30

38. How many times did the cock crow?
MAR 14:72 And the second time the cock crew. And Peter called to mind the word that Jesus said unto him, Before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice. And when he thought thereon, he wept.

MAT 26:74 Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew.
MAT 26:75 And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly.

LUK 22:60 And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew.
LUK 22:61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

JOH 13:38 Jesus answered him, Wilt thou lay down thy life for my sake? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, The cock shall not crow, still thou hast denied me thrice.

JOH 18:27 Peter then denied again: and immediately the cock crew.

39. Who killed Saul
SA1 31:4 Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.
SA1 31:5 And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise upon his sword, and died with him.

Jews killed Prophets

The Jews killed Prophets and here is the evidence from the bibles;

Luke 11.47-51
"Woe to you, because you build tombs for the prophets, and it was your forefathers who killed them. So you testify that you approve of what your forefathers did; they killed the prophets, and you build their tombs. Because of this, God in his wisdom said, 'I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill and others they will persecute.' Therefore this generation will be held responsible for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the beginning of the world, from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary."

Elijah says:
"...the people of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thy altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword., and 1, even 1 only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away." 1 Kings 19: 14

Jeremiah 2:29–30

"Why do you bring charges against me? You have all rebelled against me," declares the LORD. "In vain I punished your people; they did not respond to correction. Your sword has devoured your prophets like a ravening lion.”

Nehemiah 9: 26

"But they were disobedient and rebelled against you; they put your law behind their backs. They killed your prophets, who had admonished them in order to turn them back to you; they committed awful blasphemies.”

Matthew 23:31–36

So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets. Fill up, then, the measure of the sin of your forefathers! "You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell? Therefore I am sending you prophets and wise men and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify; others you will flog in your synagogues and pursue from town to town. And so upon you will come all the righteous blood that has been shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah son of Berekiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar. I tell you the truth, all this will come upon this generation.

In Matthew 23: 37 reports Jesus (upon him peace) to have said:

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing.”

The same saying is ascribed to Jesus (upon him peace) in Luke 13: 34:

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!”

Some of the more well known prophets killed by the Israelites include:

Zechariah

"Then the Spirit of God came upon Zechariah son of Jehoiada the priest. He stood before the people and said, "This is what God says: `Why do you disobey the LORD's commands? You will not prosper. Because you have forsaken the LORD, he has forsaken you.' " But they plotted against him, and by order of the king they stoned him to death in the courtyard of the LORD's temple. King Joash did not remember the kindness Zechariah's father Jehoiada had shown him but killed his son, who said as he lay dying, "May the LORD see this and call you to account." 2 Chronicles 24:20–22

John the Baptist

Mark 6: 17 – 29 reads as:
"For Herod himself had given orders to have John arrested, and he had him bound and put in prison. He did this because of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife, whom he had married. For John had been saying to Herod, "It is not lawful for you to have your brother's wife." So Herodias nursed a grudge against John and wanted to kill him. But she was not able to, because Herod feared John and protected him, knowing him to be a righteous and holy man. When Herod heard John, he was greatly puzzled; yet he liked to listen to him. Finally the opportune time came. On his birthday Herod gave a banquet for his high officials and military commanders and the leading men of Galilee. When the daughter of Herodias came in and danced, she pleased Herod and his dinner guests. The king said to the girl, "Ask me for anything you want, and I'll give it to you." And he promised her with an oath, "Whatever you ask I will give you, up to half my kingdom." She went out and said to her mother, "What shall I ask for?" "The head of John the Baptist," she answered. At once the girl hurried in to the king with the request: "I want you to give me right now the head of John the Baptist on a platter."

Uriah
Jeremiah 26:20–23:
"Now Uriah son of Shemaiah from Kiriath Jearim was another man who prophesied in the name of the LORD; he prophesied the same things against this city and this land as Jeremiah did. When King Jehoiakim and all his officers and officials heard his words, the king sought to put him to death. But Uriah heard of it and fled in fear to Egypt. King Jehoiakim, however, sent Elnathan son of Acbor to Egypt, along with some other men. They brought Uriah out of Egypt and took him to King Jehoiakim, who had him struck down with a sword and his body thrown into the burial place of the common people."

And many other prophets were killed some we know the names of some we do not. Altogther this evidence cannot be refused except by the ignorant.
