The Is/Isis/'Islamic state'/Daesh, has nothing to do with the classical form of caliphate. I will clarify what I mean with this piece.

In this article, I will refer to Is as the rebellion, and the caliphate as the period from 632 to 1924. 

The term state was borrowed from communist writings by 'reformers' about one hundred years ago. In a desperate way to halt western thought in the Muslim world. These reformers where trying to do something but it was not born from anything other than rejection of the other. It failed and instead brought forward an idea of a Utopian world that never had any previous historical precedence. Those influenced by communist works brought the word state forward. It has no place in classical Islamic thought or any historical reference; it is very alien in fact. 

Islamic ethics of war

The Prophet (may Allah bestow peace and blessing upon him) said, “Go forth in the name of Allah, fight the enemies of Allah, your enemies in Syria. If you shall find men in monasteries then do not disturb them. Do not kill women, children, or the elderly. Do not cut down trees and do not destroy buildings.” (Source: Nur Al-Yaqin by  Muhammad Al-Khudayri p. 206)

This wondrous statement of the Prophet (may Allah bestow peace and blessings upon him) was the basis for a just war policy. It would also be adopted by western law as the basis for things like the magnacata, human rights and other just war policies. 

Innocent civilians should not to be harmed under any circumstances. Unlike modern warfare which is the murder of civilians in their homes. The killing of non combatants is unlawful and a war crime in all classical books of Islamic law.

Treatment of non-Muslims

Non-Muslims had rights in the classical caliphate. They had rights to transact in things that were unlawful for Muslims as long as they kept it within their areas. So non-Muslims could transact in wine/alcohol and pork to sell to their own people without any interference from the caliphate. (Ref Quduri).

Non-Muslims were referred to as Dhimma - meaning protected. They were protected from harm of other armies by the Muslim government, they had recourse to any harm reached by Muslims too. 

Non-Muslims had the right to believe as they wished. There was no forced conversion historically recorded according to the book Preaching of Islam by T. Arnold. However he claimed there were some events in India but it could be easily rebutted because the British were trying to control India at the time. However, it is historical fact that even after hundreds of years of Mogul caliphate, Hindus remained the majority by almost 85%. 

There might have been isolated incidents but forced conversion is not accepted in Islamic law. As faith is defined as belief on the tongue with truthfulness in the heart. 

Therefore, forced conversion is not acceptable. Because a person who professes faith on the tongue and not the heart is not a believer. So forced conversion is not valid in any school of Islamic law.

It took hundreds of years for Muslims to reach a significant amount in Syria, Egypt, Iraq, and so forth. Forced conversion takes no time at all!

Jews in Spain actually called the Muslims to come to Spain because the Jews had no right to own their own property in a Christian state but had this right with the Muslims. Jews were expelled from Spain with the Muslims after the reconquest in 1492. Where did they go? To Turkey, Morrocco and so forth. The Ottoman caliphate prepared areas for Jews to live and they were welcomed.

Jizyah was a tax that non-Muslims paid under Muslim rule. The value of this was twenty dinars for a rich person and if they could not afford it then they did not have to pay (Quduri). This was a yearly amount and other non Muslims had right to what would become known as the pension which was initiated when an old Jewish man was seen begging by Umar ibn Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him). He admonished the ruler and arranged for the Jewish man to attain wealth from the public funds. This was the first pension in history and would be copied from then on.

In the early century of Islam, conversion was difficult. People had to align themselves with a Muslim tribe before being accepted! Otherwise, they were not taken seriously! The Ummayyad dynasty actually put off converts and this is historical fact!

Within the first one hundred years of Islam, the political system of Islam spread to china and to Spain. Christians in Egypt were more comfortable and happier living under the caliphate than their own Christian byzantine rulers. The majority of the people were Christians and other religious denominations. Muslims were the minority rulers but the people preferred them over their own rulers. 

In Ottoman times, Christians would pretend that their children were Muslims so that they could be part of the high-class Ottoman army, Janissaries.

The Sunnis and Shia tolerated each other overall but there were incidents that should not have occurred on either side. Yet now we see tragic events meant to bring opposition against these two forces. Before the invasion of Iraq, Sunnis and Shia used to live next door to each and now look at the violence! Where has this come from?

Courts were convened and judges were in place according to each religious tradition. Christians, Jews, Zoroastrians had their own courts and they were not to be interfered with by the classical caliphate. You can see this in any place where Christians lived in Syria, Egypt and other places. There was nothing like the court of hillbillies that we see now by the Is/daesh rebellion. That is a mockery and its 'rulings' are not acceptable and will be punished. Respect was given to the law and it was not merely some degraded man with over grown beard and hair like a woman barking. It was much like you see and English court of law because the classical part is where the court of law was taken. All law has an 'Islamic' influence and that not a joke.

Declaring other Muslims as disbelievers is typical of a group that has no understanding of Islam. Cases of disbelief are taken to a court of law then the judge rules on them. Declaring groups of Muslims disbelievers is wrong and should not be tolerated. In addition, disbelief by association is not acceptable. Disbelief only occurs when an individual makes a statement that cannot possibly be interpreted in a good way. See link.

They meet Muslims and question them about their faith but because they are so religious they have not read the Quran.

تَقُولُواْ لِمَنْ أَلْقَى إِلَيْكُمُ ٱلسَّلَـٰمَ  لَسْتَ مُؤْمِناً

"Do not say to those Muslims you meet 'you are a not a believer.'" (Quran: Al-Nisa 4:94). This verse warns against delving into someones faith. If someone says they are Muslim then that is enough, the average Muslim does not need to know proofs of faith. This is totally unlawful and a sin they are committing.

 

The rebellion

First of all, they are nothing but a rebellion that was founded because law and order was removed in Iraq. Therefore, it is primarily the fault of outside interference and they should shoulder all the blame. Think for a moment, the invasion was supposed to make law and order, then how did it let this rebellion appear unnoticed? That seems very convenient does it? Invading Iraq did not make the world safe from terrorism as they claimed instead it escalated the problem. Maybe thats what they want, to use this 'problem' to invade countries with vital natural resources so they can plunder them. All of this under the pretext of 'threat' that does not exist except in the 'controlled' media of Orwellain overtones.

I have always wondered how crazy groups get their funding. Is it from oil or from what? Someone is funding them, you want to stop them, then stop funding them!

Why are they beheading people who are not a threat to anyone? They have killed many charity workers and this is nothing but wrong and unlawful. What kind of stupid criminal keeps a record of his own murder? He must be very stupid or consider himself above the law. Only serial killers keep reminders of their depraved acts.

However, in either case, he should show his face and that proves that this is an ignoble cause, to say the least! Just for the sake of clarification that killing innocent people is unlawful and wrong especially beheading in this manner. This rebellion is actually succeeding in portraying Islam in the most evil way. Ask yourself why? They are already placing the idea that an Islamic caliphate is evil which clearly not the case is when you take an historical glance. With the weight of the western media behind the IS rebellion, everything is reported with great detail. They must be most well orchestrated rebellion movement in history! The movie Way the dog is worth watching because that is way that war is sold. Could this all be a figment of the imagination of the media? Or just pretext to invade somewhere else?

After the tragic events in Tunisia and Kuwait, how can the IS rebellion be that organised to do things on the same day! How have they spread so fast and set up training camps! How long does it take to train people and then send them out? A short while ago the blame would have been laid at al-Qaida but where have they gone and have they been replaced by IS rebellion. This is like product replacement before the last one runs out, the new IS rebellion is out! Whoever is behind these groups because it seems like the same hand! How can government security services turn a blind eye to such people? Either the intelligence services are not doing their jobs or are they....? 

Its also strange to see some non-Muslims dressed in Muslim clothes killing people then the war mongering media slanders Islam! Some reporters said that the rebellion did not even have the Quran with them or know it when asked! 

Calling them an 'Islamic state' is like calling a piece of dung a castle. There is no relation to either thing or the fact that the media is using the term and refuses to change it. Shows how much bias is in their reports and the fact the news is no longer subjective. Big brother in Orwells classic 1984 re-wrote history to serve their needs and is that what the media does now?

Moreover, there is a deliberate usage of this term to denigrate Muslims and Islam. Maybe that is what the financiers of these rebellion groups wanted in the first place.

Global colonialism of Islam

 

I am tired of this fake war of terrorism. Its war in which the terrorisms dehumanise a race of people and their religion under the pretext of invading countries to steal their resources.

Then blame the victims as they fill them with bullets. Cause a refuge problem by invading a country and blame them for running from a war that you started.

9/11 was an inside job done at the highest levels of the American government so they could invade Afghanistan to plunder their natural resources of gas, oil and minerals but most of all opium. So now 90% world cocaine comes from Afghanistan. Then that would mean that all those countries who invaded are sharing in a massive cash crop of drugs. So the war against drugs is against the very governments who have their hands dirty in its production! Stopping a fire that they started.

Similarly the war of terror was started by terrorist in suits hell bent on making fake wars so that real money could be spend on arms. The weapons industry is worth trillions and what is the next best thing to a real war? A fake war.

The state of Israel genocide is supported by all world governments in their silence or credit funding. As 90 years of genocide is silenced because they buy weapons that, the US lends them. Why does every British politician say that he is friend of Israel? Do the average people care about this?

The war in Iraq saw the most protests the world has ever seen. But now years later the same people are racists? Thanks to social media that turns you into bigots. You hate the largest minority in the world without knowing a single Muslim!

I am tired of this fake global colonialism of Islam, trying to make us apologise for things we have not done. I would like to see Europe apologise for its colonialism: Britain, France, Dutch and so on. I would like the Australians to apologise for the genocide of the aborigines. I would like America to apologise for its genocide of the Native Americans. A genocide that cannot be fully understood.

Politicians use Islam as a distraction for their own failures. Then even more coconuts agreeing to oppression. This means that the countries of those who agree to oppression will be destroyed.

We do not live in a world of justice, rather we live in a world of oppression because it has become a world of fascism. There is no democracy anymore it is all fascism.

There is no freedom to question the powers that be, because they will destroy you. Freedom of speech only applies when you want to insult a religion of Islam. I call my pig napoleon, after pigs like you.

It is time we put this war behind us and started over before we all die in this fake war. Fighting people who became rich because they sold weapons.

Ponder how the terrorists and the governments have the same purposes: to start a war. Then hang on then they are both on the same side and all they are trying to do to you is fool you. They are in on this together. They work on the same side.

The Lucifer effect

Written by Phillip Zimbardo is a disturbing look at the human experience and horrific book at the same time. He speaks about many different things and the worst of those are that those who do the worst evil are ordinary people. People who have families children and so on but they do the worst crimes against humanity.

He notes that there are seven social processes that grease the slippery slope of evil:

·         Mindlessly taking the first small steps

People who were experiments were not encouraged to those who they were experimenting on large electrical shocks to begin with but rather they were given small shocks and then the line was crossed then they kept going until abuse occurred. In the Stanford prison experiment abuse of the prisoners occurred because they were stopped by making the prisoners do press ups, from here the abuse continued.

• ·         Dehumanisation of others

This is happening now to Muslims what happened to the Jews. Almost the entire media blames all Muslims for the actions of a few, which in itself is a great injustice. The dehumanisation of Muslims has lead to attacks on innocent individuals and groups. This  how the holocaust started by dehumanising the Jews. 

• ·         De-individuation of the self (anonymity)

Social media is not a nice place for Muslims because anyone posts any hate or racist message without the social media doing anything about it, nothing at all. So in fact  social media is also responsible for the rise of the far right. None have been recently punished for race hate.

• ·         Diffusion of personal responsibility

So the power that it over them controls so they do not feel responsible for their actions.

• ·         Blind obedience to authority

 They never question authority and accuse that they are right and how wrong can they be when any political leader can spew race hate at Muslims. Not only can he keep his job without reprimand, he will run for re-election! In the Rwandan genocide, the authorities  compared their neighbours to cockroaches and they said should you not kill them? Ordinary people were given knifes and machetes and almost a million innocent people were killed.

• ·         Uncritical conformity to group norms

How many people get caught up in group mentalities who drive people to commit crimes against humanity? Not to make himself be different he just sits and agrees to be part of the group, even though the group is wrong.

• ·         Passive tolerance of evil through inaction or indifference

This is perhaps the worst thing of all as an innocent female Muslim might be shopping with her child and is abused by someone. The people present do nothing because it is nothing to do with them. This is passive or inactive type of racism. Even though they are not racist, themselves their silence when they should be speaking means they agree.

Genocide is happening of Muslims all over the world and the things that have happened are patterns that repeat themselves, repeatedly. Because humanity does not learn that dehumanising, someone is the first step to murder and genocide. I hope you all are listening and we must stop this nonsense now. All people have the right to live without harassment and in honour.

What is terrorism?

I could tell you right now that I could go into the proofs that killing civilians is any manner is unlawful/Haram. Many people have done a good job of that and it would be better than what I could put pen to paper. So do I have to add to the discourse? Well here it is! 

You are being blinded by the power of the world media. Into placing negative images of Islam into your head. 

This war on terrorism is a war for world resources and that is as old as time itself. 

Many nations have gone to war to attain what they do not have. 

The war on terrorism has all the hallmarks of an inside job. Why would they kill themselves it makes no sense? It makes perfect sense when you see what they are going to gain from it. This is not the first time that wars have been fabricated by agents of the same country, by attacking their own troops. Then blaming someone else all on the pretext of starting a war. China did it to the Tibetans and Hitler did it the Polish. They mocked up their own solders in uniform of the other and then sent them out to kill their own troops. Then they blamed the other side and used it as a pretext of war. 9/11 smells the same.

The questions of the 9/11 movement are yet to be answered. They are not even close to getting anywhere. Why was the greatest terrorist attack on American soil never investigated until there was a public outcry? If the government were telling the truth then why would they need this movement? If they got the answers they needed then why are they still asking? There is a vested interest in demonising and dehumanising Muslims. Afghanistan has trillions of untapped natural resources and not just the gas around the Caspian Sea. Can anyone guess the main export of Afghanistan? Opium.

The Taliban burnt down the poppy fields and suddenly after the invasion; we saw these fields appearing and crops bursting with heroin. Most of the world's opium comes from Afghanistan. This is not a new matter because the Vietnam War was funded partially upon drugs. The British MPs used drugs to overcome China's control over it, once upon a time. 

Its fact that the CIA paid 1.5 Billion or $30 million to the Taliban to fight the Russians, thats fact. The film Rambo three was dedicated to the valiant people of Afghanistan. Why because they were fighting the Russians. The ending credits were, "This film is dedicated to the brave Mujahideen fighters of Afghanistan." Newer releases of the film now say: "This film is dedicated to the gallant people of Afghanistan." Or it's removed totally. Now we do not need the Taliban they are the enemy.

Iraq had nothing to do with terrorism, Saddam was a spent force and he did not the means to fight or attack anyone. With what? State of the art rockets like the scud missile, the equivalent of a flying crisp packet. If it had great weapons in the 80's I am sure they mean nothing now. Like the state of the IBM computer in the 1980's looks out of date to a modern smart phone! Do you really think the west would sell them weapons that could cause themselves harm? Wake up! The west makes a lot of money from selling out of date weapons to monsters. But hang who shares the blame of this? The seller, the maker or the user? Or all?

So why take him now and not in 1991? Simple he had made a secret deal with them, which ended in 2001, and then the drums of war began to beat again. Funny fact of the day, who was the first person who wanted Saddam out of Kuwait? It is that old CIA man himself Osama Bin Laden, who wanted the other old CIA man out (see endgame: Scott Ritter). Saddam himself used to carry out assassination missions until he got into power. Then he was removed when he got too big for his shoes. There were no weapons of mass destruction found because there was no weapons. The weapons inspectors spent ten years trying to find weapons of mass destruction but found nothing. Yet the media still claimed that they had them but who was telling them not to listen to the inspectors?

After the Second World War, we see a change in foreign policy. We see the public brainwashed by the media. Media is controlled by large cooperations and in turn the government. Why do you think that things never change, whatever government is in charge. That is because they are puppet shows that are meant to distract you but the powerful people do not show their faces. We have also seen a deliberate Orwellian predicament of human rights. Where the government torture subjects without any due process and we sit here and pretend that we are okay with it. Its okay to torture monsters? Since when can information be correct when it attained by torture? They will say anything to get the torturers to stop. Many generations previous to us have lost their lives to stop us from this. Yet the governments have allowed the unthinkable to occur by allowing torture to be accepted.

The profits of war make big businesses. JFK did not want to go to war and after his assassination, all those who wanted war, got what they wanted (Vietnam).  Are you seriously telling me that a lone gunman killed him? When he did not take a better shot but waited until the car was further away? 



The motorcade (presidents car) slowed down before it took a corner and he had plenty of time then. The car even slowed down when shots were fired. Look at the car, no secret service men covering the car, no bubble top and the car breaks when shots are fired! What does that alone tell you? Why did the public buy the magic bullet theory? Accounting for how many wounds? So what happened? The communists were blamed and Vietnam is a communist country so was invaded full scale in 1965. Even though Vietnam had nothing to do with it but the communists as a whole were blamed. They (US) were involved covertly since 1945 and assisted the French in the fifties.


 
Leaving a permanent scar in history when their own Julius Ceaser was killed, for the good of the empire. This is not something new but rather something old. How many helicopters, bombs, guns and equipment was used? Who makes the money? Would they be happy with the war? Why are concerned about weapons reaching the wrong hands but not concerned about those who make them? If the makers of weapons of war would, stop then we would be all be safe, wouldn't we? In the 1940, we had war propaganda against the Nazis, as well as Nazi propaganda promoting their view. Its strange the Nazi propaganda was studied and then used to sell products that were mass produced.

In the 1960's and 70's we saw war propaganda against communist and then the super powers fought the communists. 1980's saw the war on drugs. Yet each of these wars caused greater problems than they solved.

I hope you are following my train of thought here. In 2000 where there was no significant war and anti capitalist movements are gaining momentum. Then after 9/11 the tables were turned and now we see extremists labelled as Islamist by using the term communists. Using the idea that was already planted that we do not want them. Why do we hate communists? Because we are told to? Why do we hate Islamist? Because you are brainwashed. How do you know you are brainwashed because you do not question them.

Your rights have all been eroded and you have no privacy that Google cannot see behind. Your government can arrest you based upon suspicion, lock you up without due course and keep you locked up under constant torture in detention centre that is off the map like all the famous places.

The Muslims are the worst victims of terrorism. Ask yourself one question, where do these groups attain their funding? Is/Deash is a direct result of removing Saddam which created a political vacuum that allowed them to appear. The invaders have to take the blame and it has nothing to with Islam and everything to do with foreign funding of the insane. Yet we do not question anything and assume that your government is there to protect you, but who protect us from you? Is this question even asked by the media? No, because they are controlled by big businesses who make profits from war. What we are seeing is war propaganda of an unprecedented nature. Demonisation makes it easier to sell war to the public. All you reporters of news have their hands dirty in the blood you have encouraged to spill. Yes, you are responsible for reporting facts not propaganda.

Look at Nigeria and ask why are killings taking place and who is benefiting? The Nigerians do not take the benefit from the oil in their land. Rather big oil corporations benefit but what do they do to stop people asking questions? They pit two factions against each other by attacking what the other side holds sacred. Thereafter they steal the oil from under their noses.

The greatest support of extremism ideas is the wahabism of Saudi and yet they are never questioned? In fact, Saudi leaders have red carpet treatment. Why because they are in on it too. How is it that people watch thousands die on their TV sets and do not speak out? They want to invade countries until large corporations have full control of the world's resources. 

Has anyone questioned how Al-Qaida has disappeared with all the sleeper cells? How did the security services such as CIA, FBI etc. Allowed such a large network of dangerous individuals without apprehending them? It is either is an amazing coincidence or are they part of the same system. Trained by them to commit atrocities to justify the continued occupation of the Muslim world. Ask yourself how come all this has disappeared and are now replaced by the IS/Daesh. Again, under the noses of the security services, I do not buy it. Not for a second. Its part of the same smokescreen designed to fool you. I do not buy this at all. It is a ploy to fool you. Its like product replacement! When you cannot sell the old product you sell the new one! 

The worst terrorists sit in suits at big tables and then get someone dressed like a Muslim to do their dirty work. Then blame Islam for it! You are brainwashed so you do not question it. 

These are the greatest terrorists yet they blame others.  They do this by the media perhaps the greatest tool of brainwashing there has been. Why? Because you do not know it. Not only that the brainwashing is across the internet. I though the media was subjective. How can you convict a billion people based on an incident that no one has investigated? Have they decided already or was it one of their own people?

It is all about the money that reporters are paid, they are paid to write bad things about Islam and Muslim. They are the food of this racist machine. The editors know that without funding from their advertisers, so they will not have a newspaper and are forced to report things in a racist manner. When identical acts are carried out by other people. The same pretext is not used nor are the same questions asked about their faith. I am sick of this baseless war founded on lies that has caused the deaths of millions of innocent people.

Nothing detests me like modern warfare which itself is the murder of innocent civilians for profit. JFK said if man does not put an end to war then war will put an end to man. We are not far away from the end of humanity. Ask yourself why the greatest killer of all the invading forces in Iraq and Afghanistan is suicide. Why are they doing it? Ask yourself the question, do they realise that they are fighting for nothing? It was not to make things better but it made things much worse. I want to see a world at peace and not a world at war. Where war mongering rats propagate war to make millions and demonise others. They invade a country, murder the inhabitants, destroy the infrastructure and then charge the dead for it. You can pay by petrol thank you very much.  

Every human being has the right to live in peace, without fear, to be whoever they are. We are not being protected from terrorists rather you are being further controlled by corporations who pay the wages of politicans.

What is the cause of war? Foreign policy is the cause of this woeful war. They pour petrol on fire and tell you it will be better, trust them. The last time that happened the ISIS/Daesh were created. The removal of Saddam caused a political vacuum, which spat this up.  

Ask questions and know that you do not live in democracy. Why? Because you cannot get answers to your questions and maybe soon you will not be able ask. Or because you can protest against the war in Iraq in every major city in the western world and not be heard by politicans? So who do they listen to? Who? The war mongers? They are not listening to you. 

Remember this is not about protecting you from an unseen enemy. You can see them because the corporations and multi-nationals have taken over and we are in 1984 in 2019.
