One of Allah's names is Al-Samad which means the one who sustains. If you look at the world things are being taken out of existance and being brought into existance. So all these things must have a greater power than they to be bringing them into life and taking them out again. Think about the human body what controls its reactions? Do does it know when to shake when cold? If you are control of your body how is that you cannot decide when you get better? You can take medicine but many a time it takes of taking something. So this proves that you are not control of your body and if you are not control of your body then all the people in the world are not in control of their bodies so who is? Then you must conclude that Allah/God is. Surah Al-Mulk [67:3] Who hath created seven heavens in harmony. Thou (Muhammad) canst see no fault in the Beneficent One’s creation; then look again: Canst thou see any rifts ? [67:4] Then look again and yet again, thy sight will return unto thee weakened and made dim.
